BY REQUEST have been established in Stockport, Manchester since 1988. Our tag line is "Great food, hand made, fresh everyday". Slowly individuals are interested in the foods they buy and the foods they eat - which is great to see. More and more in these days of factory mass produced foods we are proud to be able to hand make all the items on our menus, enabling us to ensure quality, freshness and the ability to tailor make dishes to suit you the customers needs. This is the case whatever the event such as a private house party for a birthday celebration, a wedding or a christening. Whatever the style weather its an elegant dinner party, a hot supper or a barbecue. It maybe a corporate event to celebrate an office or shop opening where waitresses mingle to offer gourmet canapés, or simply a finger buffet over lunch time where you entertain clients.
